This beautiful and versatile casserole and lid is made of 99.1% pure spun iron, with sturdy riveted handles. It has been pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish.
Totally versatile use it to fry on the hob, brown under the grill, and cook in the oven. It is suitable for high temperature frying and browning.
Perfect for range stoves, open fires, wood burning ovens, electric, gas, ceramic, halogen & induction hobs (Heat up slowly, to keep flat).
