Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 74°C.
Grilling:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Place the kebabs on the grill rack, turning frequently.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, ensuring the beef is cooked through and the coating is lightly charred.
Pan-Frying:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
Add the kebabs and cook, turning frequently, for 8–10 minutes, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
Oven Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) or Gas Mark 6.
Place the kebabs on a lined baking tray and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serving Suggestions:
Pair with a crisp salad, rice, or flatbreads for a complete meal. Add a dollop of cooling tzatziki or a squeeze of lemon juice to balance the Cajun spices.
