Grill Method:
Preparation: Remove the sirloin steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
Seasoning: Brush with a generous layer of sticky BBQ sauce to infuse the steak with sweet and smoky flavors.
Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or pan to high heat.
Cooking: Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Baste with BBQ sauce as it cooks for an extra sticky glaze.
