Devon Delights journey began in 2005, when we launched our Gluten Free Premium Pork Sausages. At the time, most sausages were low-quality and bulked up with filler. We set out to make a gluten free, British sausage made with 90% pork. Our premium pork sausages took the market by storm and they continue to do so today. Great quality, great flavour.

Filled into natural pork casings.

Our award-winning sausages – which come in many delicious and nutritious flavours – can be grilled, fried or baked. As with most things, cooking times may vary according to the type of sausage, but they should all be cooked thoroughly until the juices run clear and they’re no longer pink._x000D_

While we’d be surprised if you could resist the temptation to enjoy immediately, please keep refridgerated unless you intend to eat it right away! Otherwise all our quality meat is suitable for freezing to preserve its taste and texture, meaning you can cook and serve it when you fancy._x000D_

Once it’s been frozen, please thaw your meat slowly and thoroughly, ideally in the fridge overnight._x000D_

We vacuum-pack our meat to naturally extend its freshness and make it suitable for home-freezing.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled._x000D_

To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment._x000D_

Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products._x000D_

The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in in need to go in plastic recycling.

We make these gluten free sausages with 90% British Pork and our signature recipe seasoning, so they pack a flavour punch that’s second to none. The Black Farmer is as proud of these today as when he launched them, so they remain unchanged. Our premium pork sausages have a firm texture and meaty flavour. They work wonderfully for breakfast, lunch or dinner and are an affordable treat. Our perfect sausages do justice to British classics such as toad-in-the-hole and bangers & mash, and are delicious in pasta and rice dishes.
