Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Salt, Dextrose, Modified Maize Starch, Spices, Dehydrated Chilli Flakes, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Peppers, Herb, Onion Powder, Xanthan Gum (E415), Antioxidant (E300), Natural Colour (E160c), Colour (E162), Fruit Concentrate, Colours (E150c).

Cooking Instructions

Cover tray with foil and bake for 2 hours.During the last 5 minutes of cook time, mix together sauce ingredients.

Remove ribs from the oven, remove foil.

Increase oven temperature to 460°F (240°C). Return ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for a further 10 minutes.

Change oven settings to broil (or grill) on medium-high heat to lightly char and caramelise the edges (about 3 minutes).

Rest for 10 minutes to allow the juices to recirculate back into the meat before slicing.

Storage Instructions

Shelf Life: 12 days from date of delivery

As with the rest of our beautiful BBQ range, our free range pork ribs are suitable for freezing. Just be sure to defrost them slowly and carefully before cooking. The easiest way is to put them in the fridge overnight. This product has a shelf life of 12 days from the date of delivery.
