How to cook your Guinea Fowl Leg
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) or gas mark 6.
Pat the guinea fowl leg dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs or marinade.

Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
