Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200¬∫C and cook the roast for 20 minutes.

2. Lower the temperature to 150¬∫C. Continue cooking for 20 minutes per 500g, basting every 20-30 minutes.

3. Make sure the center of the roast is hot, and the juices run clear before serving.
