Bacon Lardons Smoked

Small chunks of diced bacon that has been dry cured (preserved with salt) with no added water to prevent loss of flavour. Lardons are often used for adding flavour to dishes. We say try frying them off and adding them to pasta dishes or popping in pies too! Adds flavour to 100's of dishes.

Rindless. Can be frozen

Ingredients : Salt sugar preservatives sodium nitrite antioxidant sodium ascorbate.
