Smoked back bacon taken from the loin area which has been cured (preserved with salt) with no added water to prevent loss of flavour. Smoked bacon has a beautiful flavour, and when you try ours, you'll never go back to shop bought again. Not only does it taste great, but we promise you are buying bacon, not water weight!

Rindless. Can be frozen

Ingredients : Naturally oak smoked salt sugar preservatives sodium nitrite antioxidant sodium ascorbate.
